Bubbles and War

Here's a link to a recent Trends Alert article from Gerald Celente, updating his forecast of the current economic collapse. While it very briefly covers the situation unfolding, he does make a very important note of how many major American businesses, those particular industries being the finance, insurance and the auto industry, are now quite literally under management and control of the Federal Reserve. This is the beginning of the end of free enterprise, but only the beginning of the shit storm that will commence.

With this fucking bullshit flare about Swine Flu, a farce I'll get more in depth with later, it only goes to show that a government will do anything to keep its citizen's minds off of the real worldwide crisis. Be prepared for the next step of their plan: A War

China is already ripe for picking, and all the corporations and NWO need do is infuriate the Chinese and voila, a reason to start World War Three and last ditch effort to stabilize this rotten economy.

And here's another interview by Linda Moulton Howe with Celente.

Its easy to get down...

Maybe what my greatest mistake has ever been
Is allowing my ideology to become my identity
I have been doing this recently
And I'm sure most of you can relate
I have allowed myself to Get Down
And as funky as that sounds
It does me no good

For my wishes to see this world become peaceful
Have been selfish
And I have fooled myself into believing I am part of a war
A War for Peace
A pretty hilarious idea if you ask me

Revolutions come and go
A constant state of evolution
And no one idea is ever the truth
But a sand castle at low tide

We have been conditioned and have conditioned ourselves to believe that we cannot trust one another, that we must close doors instead of opening them. This is simply not true. We are not alone. None of us are alone. I believe that deep within every human being is love, cloaked and at times persecuted, but it is there and it is not a weakness. It is your very survival.

There is always hope, and it does not come in the form of victory. It comes in the form of beingness, and happiness. It is the realization that our world is just a dream, and we can change it anytime we want to.

This is not something that anyone of us can cultivate out of one another. We can only demonstrate it. We can only embody it. We must live as we want to see the world. Only then will those people so crippled by their fear see the wisdom in abandoning it.

Walk through fire
Open your doors
Have no fear
Embrace love
And your oppressors will never defeat you

Flaherty says, "mild spell"; Harper says, "Yeah, what he said"

"It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends upon his not understanding it!"- Upton Sinclair

CBC News:
Recession a 'relatively mild' challenge for Canada: Flaherty

The Canadian Press:
Job losses worry Harper: he could become victim too, he says

Here's the thing...
I have no idea what the fuck is going on.
I don't know if I'll ever know what the fuck is going on. All I know is that there were almost sixty thousand Canadian jobs lost in the month of March, bringing the total to over three hundred and thirty thousand since October. The United States lost over six hundred and sixty thousand jobs in this month alone. Our dollar is falling and millions of people are suffering.

Maybe this really is a mild spell. I don't have all the facts, but I can be absolutely positive that those in charge don't either, or at least they are withholding. On one side we have, "We'll be fine. This will all be over in a month or two. This is not a depression." And the other side feels the need to use the word apocalypse.

Two extremist point of views, one that pacifies and one that gives us ulcers. I admit, I have been indulging in the latter, and definitely not at the benefit of my personal health. In fact, I think I'm losing sleep over it (and apparently so is our PM).

To panic and riot over this right now is absolutely idiotic. But we CANNOT let this slip by without fully understanding the reasons why it happened in the first place. This recession/depression/collapse/apocalypse is the byproduct of a system that is designed to make the wealthy more wealthy and enslave billions of third world citizens for profit. Right now, our finance ministers and bank CEO's and our government is attempting to play down the real reasons for this depression, as if it is simply just "The Way Things Are". Millions are suffering now, and billions will continue to be enslaved and in poverty if we do not change.

Jim Flaherty, you are a bastard. You are attempting to placate all of us with lies during a crisis that needs immediate attention and a complete reevaluation of our system as a whole. Denying this will not assuage mass panic as you assume, we already have the facts and most of us are not as dumb as you think we are. Your actions in these times only goes to show that you do not have the interests of the Canadian people in mind, and that you do not give a flying fuck about any of us. But the saddest thing of all of this, is that you will probably never understand the wrong that you do.

One more link before bed

The Globe and Mail
February 23, 2009

Yet another economist explaining the gravity of our global economic collapse, and also how America will actually do better than most of the countries in the world, including Canada.

Prorogue Parliament

Finally, I found more on what's going on with the Coalition.

Globe and Mail
March 27, 2009

The Governor General, Michaƫlle Jean, decided in the end to grant Harper his Prorogue Government, and Parliament is suspended until such time as to veto the Coalition's attempt to be instated.

I suppose this decision was made in the interest of democracy, but this entire debacle must not be taken lightly. Our government is a farce. A brawling mob of goddamn Disney Characters (look at Dion and tell me he doesn't look like one of those mice from Cinderella). That bastard Harper has NO IDEA of what he's doing. And resorting to this partisan political sand-kicking in the middle of a fucking depression makes it even clearer that we have no honorable leaders in the House of Commons.
